1. Where is Little Prayer Warrior based? 

We're in sunny Singapore!

2. Do you do collaborations or custom orders?

We would love to hear more! Please reach out via the contact form with your requests, and we'll get back to you shortly. 

3. Do you have a physical store? 

No, but we're looking out for stockists. Please reach out if you know anyone who might be interested. We're also working with Catholic bookstores and organisations to bring LPW closer to you - follow us on IG (@littleprayerwarrior) or via email for updates!

4. Can you run a pop-up or booth at my event? 

Ahh we love in-person events, thanks for considering us! Please reach out via the contact form with your requests, and we'll get back to you shortly.

Ordering

1. What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and UnionPay.

2. Can I change my order?

If you made a mistake in your order details and would like to change it, please reach out via the contact form within 24 hours. However, once an order has been successfully processed, we will be unable to make any further changes to it. 

Shipping

1. Where do you ship to?

Everywhere! Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout once you enter your address. Customers are responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by their respective countries on their orders.

Do note that there has been a price increase for shipments to the USA due to new customs regulations as of August 2025. We appreciate your understanding.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Singapore - Your order will take between 3-7 working days to arrive. 

Rest of the world - Your order may take between 1-4 weeks to arrive. 

Shipping can be delayed during weekends, public holidays, or peak holiday periods, so you might like to order early to receive your items on time. Please reach out if you would like your order expedited, and we'll try our best to help. 

Returns / Exchanges

1. I received a wrong order!

If you've received an item different from the one you've ordered, we're sorry! Please reach out to us via the contact form and we'll make sure you get the item you ordered. 

2. What's your return / exchange policy? 

All purchases made are final and not eligible for returns or exchange. However, if you've received a defective or damaged item, please reach out to us via the contact form, providing a description and pictures of the defect or damage, and we'll be happy to assist.
