Saint Pals

Denise Ng, artist: This series was first inspired by my son, who was born on All Saints’ Day, and my desire to introduce him to some of the saints - friends that God gives us to accompany and encourage us on our journey towards heaven. Across history, there have been old and young; men and women of so many different nationalities and cultures that have become saints: a little reminder that each of us, in our imperfection, littleness and ordinariness is also called to sainthood and holiness.

About the artist: Denise enjoys illustrating and making art that speaks to heart of the viewer - every piece she creates is the fruit of prayer and contemplation.
